Nine Women Sue Athens Doctor For Sexual Harassment
CLARKE COUNTY, Ga. — Nine women came forward Monday saying the doctor they worked for repeatedly sexually harassed them in his Athens office.
Channel 2 Action News spoke exclusively to one of the women who said she felt like they couldn’t stop him.
“I couldn’t defend myself. I couldn’t tell him no,” Amelia Chavous said.
Chavous said she took a work-from-home job with Health Wealth Safe Clinic in Athens in December 2019. She says the first time she went to the office, Dr. Subodh Agrawal sexually harassed her.
