Adeash “AJ” Lakraj
Adeash “AJ” Lakraj is the founder of Lakraj Justice, an Atlanta-based law firm built on one core principle: People Over Power. AJ represents individuals whose rights have been violated by employers, institutions, and corporations, entities that often rely on power, silence, and imbalance to avoid accountability.
AJ earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Central Florida. His academic background shapes his approach to law: understanding not only legal strategy, but the systems, authority structures, and human behavior that drive injustice. He began his legal career in employment and labor law, advocating for employees facing discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage violations. Over time, his practice expanded into personal injury litigation, where he continues to fight for individuals harmed by negligence and corporate indifference. Working across these practice areas gives AJ a unique advantage; he understands how power operates both inside and outside the workplace. In recognition of his legal skill and advocacy, AJ was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2025 and 2026.
At Lakraj Justice, we focus on representing clients who feel unheard, outmatched, or intimidated by the system. Whether challenging unlawful employer conduct, civil rights violations, or aggressive insurance companies, our mission is to restore balance and ensure our clients are treated with dignity and fairness under the law.
AJ is licensed to practice in Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Lawyers Club of Atlanta, American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.
Outside the practice of law, AJ enjoys life in Atlanta with his family. He is an avid sports fan, a scuba diving enthusiast, and a skilled drummer who frequently performs at cultural events. Fluent in Hindi and from an immigrant background, AJ is proud to serve clients from diverse backgrounds and believes strong representation begins with a genuine connection.
